We oversee the production and design of injection mould tools for plastics and extrusions for plastics and aluminium. Injection mould tools destined for the UK use standard parts for example. DME , Hasco and Yudo as specified by the client. General assembly drawings or G.A’s are produced in China, in English, for approval. We can also manufacture moulds to your tool design drawings.
All products and finished tools are sampled before we add texture, etching or hardening for your final approval and it is our policy that tools are never shipped until all of the finished components are signed off by the client to cover production quality. New tools shipped to the United Kingdom are dismantled and undergo a detailed quality check at our Essex toolmaking and moulding facility to ensure quality to British Standard.
